CNG is directly injected into different ports of the engine near combustion chamber, which results in homogenous combustion. The quantity and quality of CNG that is injected into the engine as well as the changeover from petrol to CNG are both intelligently controlled.

Safer and reliable vehicle design.
Estilo green has been specifically designed keeping in mind the safety of passengers. The vehicle has successfully cleared strict test conditions.
Vehicle body has been designed to take care of extra load of the CNG system. Integrated harnesses have been used for safety against fire. Special pre-formed stainless steel pipes & joints have been used to prevent leakage of fuel. It is equipped with a microswitch that prevents the engine from starting while CNG is being refueled, for occupant safety.

NGV receptacles for faster CNG filling; conveniently located CNG filling nozzle adjacent to petrol filling nozzle; Special CNG malfunction indicator lamp on the digital meter cluster for easy detection in case of CNG related system malfunction.
