The car comes with unique KB Series engine which has been developed under an investment plan of Rs 1200crore. The KB Series has a light weight aluminium construction and has three cylinders at its heart. The car churns out a maximum power of 68Ps at the rate of 6200rpm and a flat torque of 90Nm at the rate of 3500 rpm. The KB Series engine is an advancement in the car technology and will also be used in all the upcoming cars of Maruti Suzuki.
