Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo is a new flamboyant model launched by India's leading auto company Maruti Udyog Limited (MUL) replacing the Zen model. The new Suzuki Estilo, with its sporty looks, roomy space, true riding comfort and competitive price tag, would definitely make its style statement in the small car segment in India posing a tough call for other players like Hyundai and Tata.

Estilo is all set to compete against the Hyundai Santro, Tata Indica and Chevrolet spark in the A2segment. Maruti Udyog launched Estilo to cater to a slightly up market customers who have a innate desire to live a stylish and a modern lifestyle. It’s powered by 1.1 litre MPFI engine that delivers a power of 64 bhp @ 6200 rpm. It wears an aerodynamic body in unique bean shape with stunning body line. Just stepping inside Suzuki Estilo, which is soft-plush from inside and sleek-dynamic from outside, would shape their consumer’s world in new dimension of comfort, style and performance.

The all new Estilo comes with new front and rear end styling and a brand new engine under the hood. The new engine comes from the Maruti Suzuki A-Star hatch and is a 1.0 Litre three cylinder k-series with 67 ps of power and maximum torque of 90 nm @ 3500 rpm.The engine is Bharat IV emissions compliant which has been enforced from April 2010.
The new Estilo comes in a total of three variants, LX, LXi, VXi with prices starting from Rs 3.12 Lakhs going up to Rs 3.66 Lakhs.

The VXi models comes with all four door power windows, front and rear fog lamps, rear washe and wipe. ABS and Air bags are also optional on the VXi variant. The dashboard is now dual tone and comes with digital fuel guage.
With the new Estilo, Maruti has also launched 4 new colors apart from the existing shades which are: New Ecru Beige, Emerald Blue, Dusky Brown, and Quantum Orange.

The major and much needed change for the new Maruti Suzuki Estilo is the introduction of new engine. The New Suzuki Estilo is powered by 998cc K-series engine from the A-Star. The engine has been changed a bit - now it generates maximum power of 68 Bhp at 6200 rpm with maxiumum torque of 90 Nm at 3500 rpm. This makes the New Estilo Bharat IV emission compliant with higher power to weight ratio and torque to weight ratio.

The new Estilo comes with a new Cable-type transmission technology. The five-speed manual gear with synchromesh is now changed to Cable type as against Rod-type, mechanical transmission earlier. This new transmission reduces the gear shifting effort in the new Estilo, by reducing mechanical losses.
New Estilo has been fitted with an advanced 'detent pin' gear shift and select mechanism. This mechanism eliminates the sliding friction (or line contact) between parts and provides rolling friction (or point contact). This technology, in turn, facilitates smoother transition of gears, and is a first among all Maruti Suzuki products.

Convenience

The side door mouldings and ORVM’s have been given a new design to add to the bold looks.
